Our birdwatching tour starts at Godawari Botanical Garden. After having our breakfast, we visit the botanical garden located on the outskirts of the city.  The beautiful garden comprises a large area dedicated to diverse flora and fauna. Various species of birds can be found within the garden premises. Along with bird watching, we can spend our time enjoying the scenic beauty and the rich flora found here. Overnight at the hotel.

Take breakfast and meet your guide. Enjoy his company throughout the whole day. An approx 45 min drive takes you to The Entrance gate of Shivapuri National Park. Shivapuri is the next highest peak among the 4 hills surrounding the Kathmandu Valley with the height of 2732m. Positioned towards the north of the Kathmandu Valley, Shivapuri was declared as a Watershed and Wildlife Reserve in 2002. Shivapuri lies in the alteration zone between subtropical and temperate climate, the vegetation consists of a variety of natural forest types, depending on altitude and aspects. Thus it is an ideal habitat for hundreds of animals and birds including 177 species of birds of which 9 are enlisted as endangered. Some of the birds in this area are the Laughing Thrush, Crested Serpent Eagle, Little Pied Fly Catchers, Ruby - Throats, Babblers. Pheasants, magpies, sunbirds and ruby-throats and Himalayan Flameback After wandering into the woods of Shivapuri we come back to Kathmandu to explore Kathmandu Durbar Squire, Swoyambhnath and Pashupatinath. Overnight in Hotel.

Driving time: 45 min (Shivapuri)

Take a 5 to 6-hour luxurious bus/jeep/car drive to  Chitwan National Park. Upon arrival at the hotel enjoy the refreshment drink and attend the briefing about the accommodation and the facilities. After a short rest, visit Tharu village and the National Park Visitors Center. Enjoy the wonderful Sunset views from the riverbank which is flowed by dinner. After dinner, we participate in and enjoy the Tharu Cultural Show.

The tour starts after breakfast. The guide will take into the wild where you can enjoy watching many species of birds like Chestnut-capped Babbler, Small Pratincole, Blue-bearded Bee-eater, River Lapwing, Long-tailed Shrike, Emerald Dove, White-browed Wagtail, Collared Falconet, Changeable Hawk-eagle, Brown Crake, Red Jungle fowl, etc. After watching birds for 2-3 hrs we get back to the hotel and take rest. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Start the day with a composed canoe trip in Small River. Today we head towards Bis Hjar Tal (20 thousand lakes) where some of the rare and migrated birds inhabit. The drive is around 20 min drive from the hotel. You will be able to see birds like Collared Falconet, Changeable Hawk-eagle, Brown Crake, Red Jungle fowl, Indian Peafowl, Striped Tit-babbler, Jungle Owlet. Drive back to the resort. Lunch and elephants back safari in the evening allows you to watch many other local and guest species of birds. Overnight in Resort.

Take breakfast and transfer to the bus station. Take 5 hours scenic drive to Pokhara. Check-in the hotel, evening explores the bird hub around the lakeside Pokhara. We enjoy bird watching the evening from the surroundings of the enchanting Fewa Lake. Overnight in the hotel.

We spend our entire day exploring the rich beauty and birdwatching here in Pokhara. Your birding guide will meet you at your hotel and will escort you to the bird paradise areas of Pokhara. This tour allows you to witness beautiful species of the birds like Bessa, red-thighed falconet, pale harriers, foresails, many different laughing thrush, hill partridge, warblers, green magpie, yellow and red-billed magpie, maroon oriole, white and grey bulbuls, flycatchers, bearded vultures, griffon vultures, Himalayan griffon, black eagle, golden eagle etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Our tour has almost come to an end by today. We take a morning voyage into the Fewa Lake and watch some beautiful species of birds and indulge in the enchanting serenity of the city. Take breakfast and drive back to Kathmandu.
